HOTEL BOOKING TERMS:

Franschhoek Hotel provides online reservation services for guests. Reservations are subject to the hotel’s local terms and conditions and South African law. Franschhoek Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations as deemed necessary. Franschhoek Hotel accepts no liability for third-party costs related to travel, insurance, or medical services.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express or by bank transfer. Card transactions will be processed securely by PayGate. Customer details are stored separately from card details on PayGate’s secure site. For further information, visit www.paygate.co.za.

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY:

The merchant outlet country is South Africa, and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

RESPONSIBILITY:

Franschhoek Hotel takes responsibility for all aspects relating to transactions, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery of services.

This website is governed by South African law. Franschhoek Hotel chooses PO Box 569, Wierda Park, 0149 as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes.
